Most people aren’t good at articulating what they do and why they do it.

A great explanation should get people excited in just a few seconds.

Best of all, when done right, it can easily be modifiable for different purposes like sales, recruiting, fundraising, investor intro, etc.

If the recipient of the one-line elevator pitch doesn’t understand what you do — the rest of your blurb is useless.

Here are some guiding questions to help you get started:

  1. What do you do?
  2. Who is your product / service for?
  3. What problem does it solve?

The best test is to try it out on people and modify as needed.

Let me know how it works out for you.
